HOW TO REPLACE GPS DEVICE IN VEHICLE?
It is a two step process where the first one is shifting existing device to COMPANY account (here voltysoft) from the USER ACCOUNT (here testing) in which vehicle exist with the device number(IMEI) as the new REGNO and the next one is the device which has to be replaced has to be shifted from COMPANY level account to the USER ACCOUNT with the old REGNO.
HOW TO REPLACE GPS DEVICE IN VEHICLE AND COPY DATA OF NEW DEVICE TO REG NO?

HOW TO SHIFT SINGLE VEHICLE FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO OTHER ACCOUNT?
In User Accounts option available at the top right corner choose Single Vehicle Shift. Select From User from the list from which vehicle has to be shifted, select which vehicle has to be shifted and finally select the To User to which vehicle has to be shifted.
HOW TO CHANGE DEVICE TYPE ?
In order to activate some advanced features like RELAY, AC OBD… etc DEVICE TYPE option has to be used. Here choose the vehicle USER ACCOUNT, choose VEHICLE and select the desired options (features will be activated only if device supports) and submit.
HOW TO CHECK GPS DEVICE LOGS ?
Raw data from devices will be saved in cloud for 10 days. Company level users can view the raw data by using TERMINAL option. First choose User Account in which the device exists, select DATE and in the IMEI/REGNO input box at-least 4 characters has to entered for auto complete and finally submit to get the raw data. On clicking Parsed Data decoded raw data can be seen in a tabular format.
HOW TO SHIFT MULTIPLE VEHICLE'S FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO OTHER?
In User Accounts option available at the top right corner choose Multiple Vehicle Shift. Select From User from the list from which vehicle’s has to be shifted, select multiple vehicle’s next select the To User to which vehicle has to be shifted and finally submit.
HOW TO RENAME REG NO OF A VEHICLE?
In Change Vehicle option select FROM and TO users as same user account in which the vehicle exists and in NEW REGNO input type the new REGNO, select SHIFT TYPE as RENAME and finally submit.
HOW TO SHIFT VEHICLE FROM COMPANY ACCOUNT TO USER ACCOUNT?
In Change Vehicle option select FROM as COMPANY USER and TO as USER ACCOUNT user as same user account in which the vehicle exists and in NEW REGNO input type the new REGNO finally submit.
